Does the app support charging keys (RFID cards or key fobs)?
Yes. The white-label app supports charging keys, allowing drivers to order, activate, and manage their RFID cards or key fobs directly in the app. Once linked to their account, cards can be used at supported charging stations for simple, tap-to-charge authentication.
How can our users find the right charging stations for their needs?
Our white-label app offers several filters:
- CPOs: Drivers can choose their favorite charge point operators and only see their charging stations on the map.
- Speed: Users can filter chargers by minimum charging power from slow (2 kW) to ultrafast (200+ kW).
- Price: Drivers can set a maximum price per kWh to find the most affordable chargers nearby.
How does the Trip Planner feature work?
The Trip Planner helps drivers plan longer journeys by calculating routes, highlighting charging stops along the way, and applying the same filters they use on the map—such as connector type, preferred CPOs, price limits, or minimum charging speed. The app uses real-time charging data where available, helping drivers choose suitable stops and reduce uncertainty on the road.
Can I choose which features to activate for my drivers?
Yes. The white-label app is modular, giving you flexibility to decide which features you want to offer. You can enable or disable elements such as subscriptions, charging keys, certain filters, direct CPO connections, or the Trip Planner. This allows you to tailor the app to your business model and your drivers’ needs.
Can I customize which networks or stations appear in my app?
Yes. You can define which networks your drivers see by using CPO filtering and, if needed, integrating your own direct CPO connections. This gives you full control over the charging experience, whether you want to highlight preferred partners, restrict visibility to certain networks, or combine direct connections with the wider Plugsurfing roaming network.
