What you get
Charge at IONITY stations across Europe, MER stations in Norway, or Allego stations in the Netherlands and earn €0.02 back for every kWh you charge (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Your rewards add up throughout the month and appear in your “Total Balance” when the month ends. Then they’re automatically applied to your next charging sessionat any charger available via Plugsurfing, not just the ones where you earned them.
Where it works
Three charging partners are part of this campaign:
- IONITY stations across Europe
- Mer stations in Norway
- Allego stations in the Netherlands
To find participating stations, select these networks using one of the map filters in your Plugsurfing app. When the filter is on, you’ll see only stations from the operators you’ve chosen. You can toggle the filter on and off anytime.
How to start earning
- Open your Plugsurfing app
- Go to Settings and choose your selected operators
- Select IONITY, Mer, or Allego
- Charge at these stations as normal
- Check your Total Balance at the end of the month
Using your rewards
Your reward balance shows up in the Total Balance section of your app. When you charge again, we’ll use your rewards first before charging your payment method. If your rewards don’t cover the full cost, we’ll charge the difference to your card. Any leftover balance stays in your account for future sessions.
Important details
Rewards must be used within 12 months of being added to your account. They can’t be transferred to another user or exchanged for cash. You can only use them for charging sessions, not for subscription fees or purchasing charging keys.
This is a campaign running until December 15. We’re starting with these three operators to understand what drivers value most in a rewards program.
