FAQ
1. Do I need the Tesla app?
If you are not a Tesla vehicle owner, you can access the Tesla Superchargers directly through the Plugsurfing app or charging card.
2. Does this work with my non-Tesla vehicle?
Yes. All electric vehicle brands can use Tesla Superchargers.
3. How do I find them?
Use the selected operators filter in the Plugsurfing app and select “Tesla.”
4. What about Plug & Charge?
There’s currently no option to add the Plugsurfing charging card to the Tesla app wallet. For now, you can use the Tesla app as before.
