Ayvens Power launches in the Netherlands

Ayvens drivers in the Netherlands can now use the Ayvens Power charging app, as Ayvens continues rolling out its European fleet-charging program powered by Plugsurfing.

The Dutch launch brings the Ayvens Power app to one of Europe’s most mature EV markets.

Why the Netherlands rollout matters

Charging can be one of the hardest parts of running an electric fleet. Drivers often juggle multiple apps and cards, while fleet teams manage invoices and data from many different operators. For large fleets, that complexity adds up quickly.

Ayvens already manages more than 600,000 EVs across Europe. The Dutch rollout is part of their plan to make charging simpler for drivers and more transparent for fleet teams.

“The Netherlands is an important market for our EV customers. Ayvens Power helps us give drivers an easier charging experience while giving fleet managers clearer visibility into charging behavior.” – Sander Pleij, Managing Director of Ayvens Netherlands

What Dutch drivers get

The Ayvens Power app works alongside the Travelcard charging cards drivers already use today. Nothing changes for current drivers in how they start or pay for charging. At launch, Dutch drivers get:

  • Wide network access: Charging across the Netherlands and Europe through more than 1 million charge points
  • Real-time details: See availability and pricing before arriving at a charging station
  • Flexible charging: Start a session with the RFID card or directly through the app

What fleet managers get

The My Ayvens Power fleet portal gives teams the tools to track and support EV charging across their drivers.

At the Netherlands launch, the initial capabilities include:

  • Charging insights: See how and where drivers charge
  • Cost visibility: View public, home, and workplace charging data
  • Reporting tools: Export data for internal reporting and cost allocation

Additional modules will follow based on Ayvens NL’s rollout plan.

The European rollout continues

The Netherlands is part of Ayvens’ multi-country rollout of its white-label charging solution. Later this year, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom will follow.

Ayvens also continues to scale EV adoption in the Dutch market.

“Ayvens is building a consistent charging experience across Europe, and the Netherlands is a key milestone. Each launch helps us refine the platform and support fleets transition to EV at scale.” – Tom Rowlands, Managing Director, Global EV Solutions at Corpay, Plugsurfing’s parent company.
