Joining Plugsurfing+
MFG EV Power. Ultra-rapid charging at nearly 300 Morrisons supermarkets across the UK, so you can top up while you shop. This is the main reason rapid coverage grows by around a third.
Sainsbury’s Smart Charge. Ultra-rapid charging at Sainsbury’s stores. You also collect Nectar points as you charge, one point for every £1 spent. Just scan the QR code on the charger and enter your Nectar number.
TotalEnergies. Over 2,700 charge points across the UK, many of them in London, with a focus on on-street charging and parking in the same spot. This fills a gap for city driving and overnight top-ups.
Staying in Plugsurfing+
InstaVolt, Osprey, and Fuuse all stay in Plugsurfing+, with no change to charging at these operators.
Leaving Plugsurfing+
From 5 August, Mer UK, Connected Kerb, and IONITY are no longer part of Plugsurfing+. You can still charge at them through the Plugsurfing app, but the subscriber discount will not apply there.
The discount is moving to 15 percent
From 5 August, the Plugsurfing+ discount changes from 20 percent to 15 percent. It applies to charging at the operators included in Plugsurfing+. In return, Plugsurfing+ now reaches more rapid chargers and more of the everyday places drivers visit, from supermarkets to city-centre streets.
The subscription price stays the same: £6.90 a month. If you currently use Plugsurfing+, you do not have to manually renew the subscription. The updated operators and discount apply automatically from 5 August.
Plugsurfing+ is currently available in the UK only.
