What you get
Charge at IONITY stations across Europe and earn €0.02 back for every kWh you charge, or the equivalent in your local currency.
Your rewards add up across the campaign period and appear in your Total Balance. Once added, they apply automatically to your next charging session at any charger available through Plugsurfing, not just IONITY.
How to find IONITY stations
Select IONITY using the selected operators filter in your Plugsurfing app. When the filter is on, you’ll see only IONITY stations on the map. Turn it off anytime to see all operators again.
How to start earning
- Open your Plugsurfing app.
- Go to Map settings and choose your selected operators.
- Select IONITY.
- Charge at IONITY stations as normal.
- Check your Total Balance to see your rewards.
Using your rewards
Your reward balance lands in the Total Balance section of your app on 2 October. From your next charging session after that, we’ll use your rewards first, then charge the difference to your payment method if your balance doesn’t cover the full cost. Any leftover balance stays in your account for future sessions.
Important details
Rewards must be used within 12 months of being added to your account. They cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged for cash. You can only use them for charging sessions, not for subscription fees or charging keys.
