How to invoice Plugsurfing

Please send invoices as pdf files only to our automated invoicing address invoices@plugsurfing.com. Please note that Plugsurfing does not monitor this inbox, but emails are automatically processed by our system. To make sure that our system can properly process your invoice, please follow these instructions closely.

Plugsurfing’s following VAT ID must also appear on the invoice:

Plugsurfing GmbH is an energy reseller (certificate can be provided upon request) and we expect reverse charge VAT in most cases.

 

The invoice must contain:

  • CPO operator ID and official company information
  • CPO VAT ID
  • the invoicing period
  • invoice number
  • invoicing date
  • due date
  • complete bank account details including IBAN and SWIFT/BIC
  • payment broken down according to tax rates and exemptions
  • payment and the amount of tax due on payment and reference to tax exemption – reverse charge with 0% VAT

 

Only send one invoice per email, and as a PDF.

A CSV file with the CDRs of all corresponding charging sessions appearing on the invoice must also be attached to the same email. For each CDR, it is compulsory to provide the price invoiced to Plugsurfing (even if it is 0) and the corresponding CDRID. If you are connected to Plugsurfing via Hubject, also the CDR’s “Hubject session ID” needs to be included. There shall not be duplicated CDRs.

Only one currency can be used in an invoice. If there are charging sessions in multiple currencies, please send them in separate invoices.

Send invoices in English to prevent miscommunication on the content of the invoice.

Please provide an email and phone number on the invoice to enable direct communication with Plugsurfing.
