The prize draw is open to all customers of Plugsurfing GmbH.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The closing date for the prize draw is March 21, 2025. Entries received after 23:59 CET on 21/03/25 will not be eligible for the draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
To enter the prize draw, you must provide a contact email address connected with your Plugsurfing account. You will be able to enter the email for a prize draw at the end of the survey.
Information shared will remain confidential and will only be used internally to help improve our products and services.
Any personal information shared will only be used for the intended purpose as specified. All personal data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the prize draw has ended, unless Plugsurfing is obliged to retain some data to comply with a legal obligation.
If a participant wishes to participate in the survey but does not wish to be contacted in the future, they will have the option to Opt Out of any future marketing activity at the end of the survey.
Plugsurfing will process personal data provided by the entrant under the Privacy Policy available on the Website: https://plugsurfing.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
The Prize: 5 customers to win one €50 Voucher with Charging Credits which can be redeemed in the Plugsurfing App. If the customer is not in the Euro currency area, it will be converted to the equivalent amount in the customer’s local currency based on the daily exchange rate.
Winner Selection: The prize draw will take place on March 25, 2025. Winners will be chosen through a Random Drawing Generator – this will use numerical entries and will not use any personal data or information you give us.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email shortly after the prize draw has taken place.
The winners will receive the Plugsurfing charging voucher via email between the dates of 26 March and 11 April 2025. You will receive an email from one of our internal colleagues.
The Prize: Is non-transferrable and cannot be swapped for a cash alternative or any other alternative prizes, in whole or part. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
